The steel structures of our products are hot-dip galvanized as standard, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This is a standard, proven anti-corrosion measure. If desired, the product can also be painted over this galvanized layer. We can also omit the galvanizing to save money. However, we do not recommend this solution unless the product is used exclusively indoors.

The products are painted with powder-coated varnish (sometimes referred to as komaxit). As standard, we paint with a matte color with UV protection according to the RAL classic sample. On request, we can also paint according to special samplers, with structure, metallic finish, etc.

Yes. If desired, galvanizing can be omitted and only varnish applied. This will save production costs. However, if the product is to be used outdoors for a long time, we recommend not omitting galvanizing.

This is a very complex question and we would be happy to answer it personally. In simple terms, hard and exotic woods are properly treated with oil. Soft local wood is treated with a glaze.

Again, it cannot be answered in one sentence. Leaving aside the different quality and suitability of wood types, the lifespan of wooden parts generally depends on the care (regular maintenance) they receive. High-quality hardwoods (acacia, exotic wood) last for a relatively long time even without maintenance, but it must be taken into account that they are still organic materials that are significantly affected by weather conditions. Without maintenance, even high-quality wood will darken within a year or two and cracks will begin to appear.

This process cannot be completely prevented. Even well-treated, maintained, high-quality wood changes its pigment over time. It usually darkens or turns gray. However, this process can be significantly slowed down or restored to its original appearance after a few years.

Yes. We also offer products in which we replace natural wood with specific maintenance-free materials with the appearance and structure of wood, but with significantly higher resistance to weather influences.

It is necessary to distinguish between assembly (installation) and construction works (deepworks). We provide complete assembly and installation, including transportation and waste disposal. On the other hand, we generally do not perform or provide construction work. This activity can be negotiated for larger orders.

With some exceptions, we do not carry out construction work. The customer arranges the construction work with the builder of his choice. We provide cooperation in the form of drawings and other information necessary for the correct preparation. If you are interested, please inquire about the possibilities.

It depends on the type of street furniture. For small products (for example, benches), it is easier to install them into the existing surface. If certain conditions are met, larger elements (shelters) can also be installed. However, it is necessary to know the composition of the substrate, which must be sufficiently reinforced (concrete, asphalt, etc.).

This is mainly because we always try to offer a fair price corresponding to the production costs, which are constantly changing (the price of steel, wood, transport, etc.). There are many products, and especially their variants, and it would be administratively very demanding to keep the price list up to date. In addition, the price conditions may vary depending on the volume of the order and other factors. We will be happy to prepare a price offer for you individually and in a short time. Yes. We manufacture in accordance with the EN-1090-2:2019 and EN ISO-3834-2:2022 certificates, which are subject to annual audits. Our suppliers also have certified production processes in place. YOu can download up to date certificates in Média section.
